During a recent Major League Soccer (MLS) game in Kansas City, fans mistakenly believed they spotted Taylor Swift in attendance. The individual was actually Kelley Thrasher, a well-known Taylor Swift impersonator who refers to herself as “Kansas City’s official Taylor Swift Doppelganger.” Thrasher was attending the match between Sporting Kansas City and St. Louis to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The resemblance led to a social media frenzy, with many fans convinced of Swift’s presence. Thrasher later recounted the experience on Instagram, noting the need for security escorts due to the crowd’s excitement. 

While Taylor Swift has been seen at Kansas City Chiefs games to support her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, there is no verified information indicating her attendance at a Kansas City Royals game with Kelce and Mahomes. For instance, Swift was spotted at a Chiefs game alongside Patrick Mahomes’ family, including his wife Brittany and brother Jackson.
